What to bring into the festival


  • Your valid e-ticket print out

  • Your ID, this is an 18 plus event

  • Money. If taking a purse/wallet, remember to empty it of everything you don’t need before leaving.

  • Waterproof jacket/Thick jacket/sweatshirt/fleece

  • Trainers

  • Towels

  • Bed Linen, the venue will provide pillows and bedding however linen can be purchased for £5 at the reception

  • Sandals

  • Bin Liners for your rubbish

  • Medication: To bring your medication with you just bring a copy of your prescription, put all the medication together in its original packaging in a clear plastic bag with your name (that matches you ID and the name on your ticket) and contact number clearly marked on it.

What not to bring into the festival


  • Air Horns

  • Pets and Animals

  • Fireworks, portable BBQs, Candles and Chinese lanterns

  • camping stoves are only permitted in the campsites.

  • Anything that can be considered to be an Offensive weapon (Pen knife, Mallet, etc)

  • Sound systems and amplified music

  • Markers, Paints or Spray cans

  • Flying or filming with Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs, or so-called drones) is not allowed on site before, during or after the Festival – and is prohibited by law. We have a working site and the safety of our audience, crew and staff is paramount.

  • No nitrous oxide (laughing gas). As a contraband good, under the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 this substance is banned at Tearout

  • ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. It is a condition of entry on our licence that you allow yourself and your belongings to be searched by the Police or Security. They will carry out random searches when you are entering the festival campsite and arena. Do not attempt to bring in illegal substances as you stand a very real chance of being caught.
