Will the Production Be To The Usual Standard?
The production will be as planned on the stages, all of the stages will make an appearance with bigger sound systems and an incredible lighting show. We'll be releasing CAD images before hand for you to see exactly what we have planned for the stages.
Where is My Ticket?
You should have your receipt for your tickets in the email account you used to purchase them. You can also log onto your ticket sellers account and check it there.
Your unique E-code will be emailed to you two weeks before the event. Remember there is no admission without an E-ticket so make sure you keep it safe
I've Lost My Ticket!
Don't panic, we got you! Contact us or contact our ticket agent: https://ww2.theticketsellers.co.uk/
Can I Sell My Ticket?
Please let us know if you'd like to sell your tickets. The name must match the ticket holder when arriving at the event.
Be very careful about buying tickets off someone you don’t know, we've had issues before where someone sells their ticket to more than one person and only the first to arrive gets let in. We will not allow you in the festival if your ticket has already been used! The only guaranteed tickets are official ones bought straight from us!
Is The Festival Disabled Friendly?
Our Winter festival is very disabled friendly, there are also few disabled chalets available.
We do recommend that you get in touch with us first to make us aware however so we can accommodate you with the best chalet possible.
If you have epilepsy and are subject to seizures brought on by flashing lights we recommend you do not come to the festival. There's many intelligent lighting shows across the festival stages and although we have extremely capable medical and welfare staff we find that prevention is better then cure.
Are There Cash Machines On Site?
Yes, there are quite a few.
Will The Summer Festival In 2021 Be Happening As Well?
We plan on hosting Tearout Festival 2021 in July at Scholey Park with the exact same format as we planned for this year.
Can I Transfer My Tickets From The Summer Festival To The Winter Festival?
Yes you can, just get in touch with us. The only addition you'll need to get accommodation for the weekend. You can get chalet at a ridiculously cheap cost.
