Covid-19 Policies and FAQ

General Information & Entry

As a ticket holder, we are reminding you that you need to present proof of a negative lateral flow or PCR test on the gate along with your ticket.

If you have had covid after the 31st January 2021 you are not required to take a test, we just need proof of immunity. This is a text or email from NHS track and trace saying you've had covid 19, if you do not have this, you can take another test and follow the process below.

Lateral flow tests are free to collect from most local pharmacies and take around 20 minutes to complete. Alternatively, you can order your lateral Flow testing kits from the gov.uk website here:
https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow

We would ask you to undertake one of these lateral flow tests with a 72 hour period before attending the event.

You can then upload your results to the GOV website and show us proof of your results.

Test Upload link here: https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result

The results will either be in the form of a text message or an email. We will check these results by proof of confirmation of your negative tests alongside your tickets so please make sure you have a screenshot ready or you have printed off the results.

Provided that these tests have been taken within 72 hours of arrival to the event and results uploaded to the GOV website, then you will be free to party as you please!!

Please Note

We also accept NHS event passes and the use of the NHS app.

Please do not come to the festival if you have tested positive, are supposed to be isolating, or have any of the Covid-19 symptoms. If you test positive, we will roll over your ticket to the winter festival or the summer festival.

If you are fully vaccinated then we still need you to provide evidence of you being negative as Covid is still transmissible, even if you are vaccinated.

Retesting & Re-Entry Onto The Site

If you are using an NHS Lateral Flow Test to demonstrate your COVID Status, this will remain valid for 72 hours from the time you took the test. You will then need to re-test on the expiry of the initial 72 hour period.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING SPARE LATERAL FLOW TESTS WITH YOU FOR THE WEEKEND!

If you have to leave the site during the festival on Saturday and Sunday, when you return you will be required to provide a negative lateral flow test to gain re-entry to site. We ask that any ticket holders wishing to leave the festival site and return do so if only absolutely necessary.
